As part of the JupyterLab User Research a user fed back that they wanted the following installed:

• nbstripout

Definition of Done

The purpose of this ticket is to install nbstripout in the APCBDE image, since this is a specific ask from UR.

I seem to be able to install this by running conda install -c conda-forge nbstripout. Is this acceptable?

Ambiguous conversation in Slack here. TLDR we are going to add this to the base image and have this available across all tools.

Merged the above PR. Need to make a new release to APCBDE + Jupyter so this can be consumed by users.

Captured in the latest release candidate - 1.7.0-rc1. Will release Jupyterlab image when other work completed so won't release just now.
