User Story

As a… user of the product
I expect to… be able to login using Identity Center

As a… engineer of the product
I need/want/expect to… be able to login using AWS Identity Center
So that… I can manipulate data/conversations which are stored based on their user ID.

Definition of Done

• Create a home page that the user is presented with when they hit the URL
• Add views, as per the UI, such as login-fail.html
• Create a method which allows users to login when working locally on the product without having to auth externally. Look to emulate the methodology adopted in find-moj-data as noted here.
• Document the above method in the README
