This task will come after the successful onboarding of DPR

Value / Purpose

EM want to restrict access to data
AP's monolithic data structure does not facilitate granular access
By using Lake Formation we can allow access to EM data by those that need access

Once DPR has been onboarded and issues worked out we can then work with EM to integrate them also.
