You have a pretty old device from 2009, you will never get the x86_64 version running on that device without writting an emulator (missing SSE4.1 and other instruction sets).
Compile the launcher for i386/x86 and start a i386/x86 version of minecraft.

In case you have the flatpak

• uninstall the flatpak
• install the AppImage https://github.com/ChristopherHX/linux-packaging-scripts/releases/download/ng.appimage/Minecraft_Bedrock_Launcher-x86_64.0.0.627.AppImage
• Install 32bit libs skip everything after the curl command (https://github.com/ChristopherHX/linux-packaging-scripts/releases/tag/appimage)
• do not enable developer options
• Play the 32bit x86 version of the game as long it is supported by mojang

I have no idea what exactly you have done to get into this broken state of the launcher.

• Provide a screenshot of the troubleshooter (Settings->General)
  • It should say x86_64 is unsupported on your device, but x86 works
• Provide a Screenshot of Settings->Dev
  • nothing should be enabled there, or you force a failure

Maybe try

• Reset Launcher settings (Settings->About)
• reopen the launcher
• delete every version in (Settings->Versions)
• reopen the launcher
• select the version containing google play latest

The launcher shouldn't provide you any x86_64 versions at all

• press the button next to the text Profile, "Default"
• press the selected version
• choose something like 1.16.201.2 (x86) instead of 1.16.201.2 (x86_64)
