[Bug]: [null & default] Proxy is restarted during search after insert and upsert "None" data in "nonable" field

Current Behavior

Proxy is restarted during search after insert and upsert "None" data in "nonable" field

Expected Behavior

milvus is not crashed

Verified and fixed. (the proxy is not restarted on this image after run the script 10+ times)
