[Pixiv] Can't download all galleries from users I'm privately following

I only follow users privately on Pixiv, so I'm unable to use gallery-dl https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/USERID/following like normal.

Navigating to https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/USERID/following?rest=hide in my browser (where USERID is my ID) shows all the users I'm privately following, but gallery-dl doesn't seem to be able to parse this, and instead starts downloading my private bookmarks as if I had entered https://www.pixiv.net/bookmark.php?rest=hide.

With 7273cf8 it will now correctly fetch privately followed users for https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/USERID/following?rest=hide as long as your account has permission to view them, i.e. for your own account.
