Add Cache-Control Header for Search Results

We encountered issues while publishing the documentation where users had to perform a hard refresh to view newly added pages in search results.
The main page has a Cache-Control header, but the search results do not.

To do:
Add a Cache-Control header to the search results so that updates show up without needing a hard refresh.
