Retrospective Votes Don't Add Up

Describe the bug
Retrospectives votes don't add up. I can count 5 items where it says I voted, but the total says Votes Used: 3/6. This happened before too.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

In this case, the total allowed votes was originally set to 8. I voted one day, then two more colleagues voted a couple days later. After that, I wanted to delete the items with nor or low vote totals. I had to down vote before deleting. I think the system allowed me to down vote on cards that I hadn't voted on. I then reset the vote total allowed to 6. That's when I noticed the 3/6, yet I had 5 votes on the cards below. (Might have been wrong after I down voted, but I didn't check then.)

Expected behavior
I expect that if I can count 5 votes on the cards that the total would say 5/6.

We are also observing the same problem where we do not see user votes counting up at all. Please see screenshot below. Is there any ETA for it? Thanks
