Can't find the package for Microsoft.TestPlatform.Extensions.HtmlLogger

Description

I'm trying to get Microsoft.TestPlatform.Extensions.HtmlLogger so I can implement the IHtmlTransformer. However I can't find a nuget package.

However, Microsoft.TestPlatform.Extensions.TrxLogger exists!

Steps to reproduce

Create a mstest project and trying and add the package

Expected behavior

to be able to find the package on nuget

Actual behavior

Can't find package

Environment

vs code, Visual Studio

With a project running regnroll and playwright

[nohwnd]

The package does not exist, and we don't add mew features to vstest anymore. You can make a html logger by implementing the whole logger interface, which is public in ObjectModel nuget package.
