  • VSCode Version: Alpha
  • OS Version: OS X

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Change code to use German - configure language to DE, or launch code with locale=DE
  2. code-alpha --help -> notice everything is in english, why is this not translated?

Verified by code review, can not verify by trying since we have not yet recieved translations
