Notebook Variable View not expaned by default

Type: Bug

The notebook variable view is at the bottom of the Debug View and the first time open the view, the notebook variable view is not expanded by default even though the current active editor is a notebook editor and it has variables.

It would be great if it's like the Debug variable view, expanded by default in a debugging session.
