Add ability to move existing breakpoint to another line in code

As of now, there is no way to move an existing breakpoint to another line in the same file without having to first delete it and then create another one and paste whatever expression it had again.

This is so annoying but I believe it was already requested a lot of times, not sure if it will be added anytime soon
