Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• OS Version: Windows 10 & 7

Steps to Reproduce:

After VSCode has been running for a while, this error pops up, whether a terminal is actually launched or not. I've tried to disable ConPTY, without any improvement
