TypeScript version not showing in status bar

Issue Type: Bug

1. Open an existing typescript project with an installed typescript dependency.
2. Open a *.ts file in the editor.
3. Notice that in the status bar, "{ } TypeScript" is shown. However, no version number is shown.
4. Expected: The version number of the installed typescript should be shown in the status bar.
