Allow extension contributed walkthroughs to specify a "Next section" link. #129735

Idea

Let extension contributed walkthroughs link or chain multiple walkthroughs together similar to the built-in walkthroughs.

Details

If a walkthrough specifies a "nextWalkthroughId" property then:

  • the "Next section ->" link is shown
  • Clicking the "Next section ->" link opens the specified walkthrough.

I've attached an image that shows the "Next section" link I'm referring to.

We really need this, the down/up streams(not even the steps...) will help end-user understand the business across units.
