Since latest version, split terminal opens in home directory instead of directory of previous terminal #128647

V8: 8.9.255.25-electron.0
OS: Linux x64 5.12.15-300.rog.fc34.x86_64 (Fedora Linux 34)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open a terminal
  2. Move to a directory
  3. Split the terminal

The directory of the new split terminal is the home directory instead of the directory of the terminal it was split from.
This is a behavior change from previous versions.
