Today we can Allow/Deny a grant request, but we don't have the ability to Deny a sign-in request. Because of this the end-user can't "dismiss" the indicators on/in the Accounts icon.

This is causing end-user complaints in GitLens, since I adopted the new auth flows without prompting.
