Currently, the settings editor is one virtual list of all the settings in vscode. The current implementation has some a11y issues, which are mentioned here: #97567

To fix some of these issues, I created a paginated view of settings. #103268 We don't want to support two different implementations of the settings editor (one for sighted users, and the other for screen reader users) as that has a significant maintenance cost. So I wanted to gather feedback from everyone using insiders, to see if they would prefer a control like this over the current one.

You should be able to try this with the insiders built on or after July 28, 2020.
