I want to do be able run a single test via the UI and rerun that test with a hotkey without clicking in the UI again. Is this not supported still?

To confirm you have already run tests and then you are looking for this command in the palette? What version of the python extension are you on? Can you try updating your VS Code to version 1.74? I am unable to reproduce this issue on my local machine which is VS Code 1.75 (pre-release). Thanks
