[zh-cn] Chinese (Simplified) Translation Mistake for "Open Process Explorer"

The menu item "Open Process Explorer" under the "Help" menu is wrongly translated as "打开流程资源管理器" in Simplified Chinese. The correct translation should be "打开进程资源管理器".

In line 8598 of this file:

"miOpenProcessExplorerer": "打开(&&P)流程资源管理器",

Among them, "流程" should be "进程", just like in line 8599:

"openProcessExplorer": "打开进程资源管理器",

In English, "process" can be translated into either "流程" or "进程" in Chinese. But here, "进程" is the correct one.
