UX improvement for "Auto Import " feature

Here is what we have for package import quick fix.

1. Hover to show the tooltip.
   

2. Click "Quick Fix..." to get the import quick fix.
   

Since the package import fix is somewhat implicit for users to discover, a suggestion is to add a link in the hover tooltip that shows the recommended "package import." Users can then simply click the link to apply the import fix.
