ACR registry filtering not working with subscriptions

1. Choose a subscription - choose x
2. You can still see all ACRs across all the subscriptions even though you selected a specific subscription in 1

This means if you try to file -> run task file, you can choose a subscription, then choose a registry in a different subscription accidentally, and then you'll receive an error uploading the context since the expected RG won't exist within the original subscription.
