Repro Steps:

1. Connect to Azure Container Registry.
2. Push "hello-world" image to one ACR.
3. Expand the repository -> Right-click "hello-world" image -> Execute "Inspect Image Manifest" action.
4. Check whether succeeds to execute "Inspect Image Manifest" action.

Expect:
Succeed to execute "Inspect Image Manifest" action for "hello-world" image.

Actual:
Fail to execute "Inspect Image Manifest" action for "hello-world" image.

More Info:

1. This issue also reproduces when executing "Copy Image Digest" and "Inspect Image Manifest" actions in Generic Registry V2/GitHub Container Registry.
2. This issue does not reproduce for other images, such as myexpress image.
3. This issue does not reproduce on Windows Intel and Linux platforms.
