CMake: Debug option does not clear integrated terminal

Brief Issue Summary

Using my most common method of building projects, "CMake: Debug" option, does not clear the build output log when running it. This is with the "Clear output before build" setting enabled. It clears all other types of builds, such as "build", "Clean rebuild", "Reconfigure with debugging", etc. Only "CMake: Debug" seems to be left out. This is incredibly annoying when getting lots of errors and having to scroll to find where the most recent build started. Has happened multiple times I have looked at old build logs.
