"Open loaded script" - extend to show sourcemapped paths #186

Currently the "Open loaded script" feature shows scripts with their paths from the runtime, but it would be useful to show sourcemapped scripts instead. Especially for debugging misconfigured sourcemaps - a user would be able to see what the adapter thinks the proper path is based on the info given. In the case of node2, this would be the information from the
