[Feature] Open local .logicapp.json files with intellisense #258

Hi there!

I would like to request the ability to be able to open and work on local logicapp files with intellisense enabled.

Currently, the only way to do so, is to create a dummy logic app in an Azure subscription, where you can paste your code into.
