Fully qualified names would be ideal, or at least including the module name.

Looks like we will have to enable supportsValueFormattingOptions : https://github.com/Microsoft/VSDebugAdapterHost/wiki/Stack-Trace-and-Value-Formatting
That flag will also enable send hex formatting request for variables.
