Disable 'Python: Create Terminal' when python interpreter is not an environment that can be activated #123

  • Assume python environment selected in VS Code is not an environment that can be activated (not Conda environment and not a virtual env or the like)
  • In such instances using the command Python: Create Terminal will not activate the python environment in the terminal

Problem: Using python in the above terminal will not necessarily point to the same python interpreter selected in VS Code.
