[Feature]: DetailsList Wrap Headers

Describe the component and functionality you would like to see in the starter kit
I would like to be able to have multiline headers. The ability to wrap the header and set an alignment. Have it also recognize a CR or LF to force where it wraps.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The only alternative is to add labels above the DetailsList with headers but alignment becomes an issue.

Additional context
Only having one line can force columns to be wider than needed, taking up too much space.

Thanks for the feedback @sperry1625! We will validate alignment with Fluent guidance and consider this. If others also would like this feature, please upvote so we can prioritize accordingly.
