The path of retry log in job history is wrong

Current path for job retry log is a wrong one.

To reproduce it, submit a job that will retry, such as echo 1; exit 233, then go to the retry history to see the job retry log. It will return a 404 error.

The correct path is http://<master-ip>/log-manager/<container-ip>:9103/zhiyuhe/zhiyuhe_bc78c47c/taskrole/51236e09-1475-40f2-a6b7-228839a2b7a5/user.pai.all.

However the returned path is http://<master-ip>/log-manager/<container-ip>:9103/zhiyuhe/ce68bdeab35c8c0a566c62eb3025591d/taskrole/51236e09-1475-40f2-a6b7-228839a2b7a5/user.pai.all
