App Install URI Protocol Support should include the option to take the user directly to the "Review and finish" page.

Scenario

Building upon #2733 App Install URI Protocol Support should include the option to take the user directly to the "Review and finish" page if the intent is for the user to just accept the items that the URI activation provided.
