Mislabelled extension name and icon - appears as "Explorer" in Activity Bar #300

This extension has a mislabelled extension Name and Icon - appears as "Explorer" in Activity Bar, with a generic icon.

This makes it hard to find and identify.

Even when you right click on the Activity Bar its listed as "Explorer"

It should be labelled "CodeTour" with a nice unique icon.
