Connections and Saving Failures

Type: Bug

There are 2 issues with clicking on Connect in a query window.

1. No matter what I do the connection is not added to the Recent list.
2. Even though Trust Server Certificate is TRUE, when I try to choose a database I get the pop-up asking if I should Enable Trust Server Certificate.

I have seen issue #1 as both a reported bug and as resolved, but IT IS NOT RESOLVED. I couldn't find issue #2 anywhere.
