The more info link is https://aka.ms/iiswebappdeployreadme which redirects to https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-vscs-rm.iiswebapp and is for a different task, which has a link http://aka.ms/IISWebDeploy that redirects to https://github.com/Microsoft/vsts-rm-extensions/blob/master/Extensions/IISWebAppDeploy/Src/Tasks/IISWebAppMgmt/README_IISAppMgmt.md

It should end up at https://github.com/Microsoft/vsts-tasks/tree/master/Tasks/IISWebAppDeploymentOnMachineGroup
