  • Your Windows build number: (Type ver at a Windows Command Prompt) ( PS: ver fails in powershell! )
    16299.551
    Version 1709

  • What you're doing and what's happening: (Copy&paste specific commands and their output, or include screen shots)
    Performed in an admin powershell

Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux
  • What's wrong / what should be happening instead:
The computer reboots and hangs at 32% install for a long time, then it says it failed to install the feature and is uninstall and reverting all changes

I would really like it to finish installing and be able to use this. Can't understand why there is no error or good reason reported for the failed install.
