Repro Steps

Was running WSL Version 2.0.9.0 along with Ubuntu Distro
After the wsl --update command wsl did not work. So i restarted and WSL was gone.
Enabled and Disabled Windows features VM, WSL, Hyper-V, not working.
Ubuntu says Linux Subsystem not activated 0x8007019e, altough it is.
WSL in \System32 says Wsl/CallMsi/0x80070424. Basically not able to perform any wsl commands.
WSL in \WindowsApps\2.0.9.0\ says Wsl/REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG.
In WindowsApps I noticed that a new Version was added 2.1.5.0 without effect.
Tried to uninstall WSL and Ubuntu in order to reinstall it, wsl cannot be uninstalled/repaired etc. because it is gone from Settings and WindowsApps wont let me delete the folder. Also cannot uninstall ubuntu.
When trying to install wsl manually I get failed to remove MSIX, I assume because it has not been uninstalled.
After troubleshooting 10 hours I've had enough

Expected Behavior

Was running wsl --update command because of another minor qemu issue. The forum suggested to update the wsl version so I did. Expected to solve the issue and happily move on. But now I surely regret doing this.

Actual Behavior

Wsl not working. Ubuntu not working.
Hope someone can help me. Thank you in advance!

The scipt will output the path of the log file once done.
