WSL2 Open Shell in a Linux folder from Explorer crash

Repro Steps

Debian distro (moved vhdx to D:)
Installed new distros Arch and openSUSE15.
All run ok, but when open a shell from explorer open de window and give error and close.
If yow go into from command line the home folder is on /mnt/c/Users/david

Expected Behavior

Befor installation of new distros the shell window opened normally

Actual Behavior

The shell windows closes

To collect WSL logs, download and execute collect-wsl-logs.ps1 in an administrative powershell prompt:

Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/WSL/master/diagnostics/collect-wsl-logs.ps1" -OutFile collect-wsl-logs.ps1
Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The scipt will output the path of the log file once done.

Once completed please upload the output files to this Github issue.
