Repro Steps

Hi, i've been trying to set up an ELK stack. So i'm using WSL since my entreprise works on Windows, i have kept it basicly configured meaning i didnt set anything special.
Since i've added 2 providers i am not able to init anymore, but i don't really understand the problem. I've been looking at this issue but nothing has fixed it yet.
