Repro Steps

• Follow the steps listed here to install wsl on Windows 11, and use the default Linux distribution installed.
• Use wsl for a few days.
• Wsl eventually stops working

Expected Behavior

Wsl to launch as expected.

Actual Behavior

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago, and reinstalled wsl. Even though yesterday it was working as expected, when I started my PC today, it stopped working again:

All the required features are turned on, but just in case, I unchecked and checked them again to make sure it wasn't some kind of bug:

To collect WSL logs, download and execute collect-wsl-logs.ps1 in an administrative powershell prompt:

Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/WSL/master/diagnostics/collect-wsl-logs.ps1" -OutFile collect-wsl-logs.ps1
Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The scipt will output the path of the log file once done.

Once completed please upload the output files to this Github issue.
