Repro Steps

Try to launch any WSL session (e.g. wsl.exe -d Debian or wsl.exe -d Ubuntu) and receive error message

Expected Behavior

WSL session to properly launch

Actual Behavior

WSL session failed to launch:

The parameter is incorrect.
Error code: Wsl/Service/CreateInstance/CreateVm/E_INVALIDARG

Fixed with a complete reimage of computer...
