WSL not working after windows update #10185

Repro Steps

Any attempt to launch wsl is met with:
WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x80370102
Please enable the Virtual Machine Platform Windows feature and ensure virtualization is enabled in the BIOS.
For information please visit https://aka.ms/enablevirtualization

I have uninstalled all windows components and reinstalled. Turned virtualization off and back on in the bios. Everything.

Expected Behavior

Working wsl

Actual Behavior

Non working wsl

For anyone still dealing with this, I was able to resolve my issue by resetting windows as described here #7183. I was able to keep all of my files and settings, so it wasn't a big deal though the issue was very troublesome. Once it was fixed and WSL was working, I just copied my old VM to the right location and it was back online.
