WSL not working after windows update #10185

For anyone still dealing with this, I was able to resolve my issue by resetting windows as described here #7183. I was able to keep all of my files and settings, so it wasn't a big deal though the issue was very troublesome. Once it was fixed and WSL was working, I just copied my old VM to the right location and it was back online. |

Repro Steps
Any attempt to launch wsl is met with:
WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x80370102
Please enable the Virtual Machine Platform Windows feature and ensure virtualization is enabled in the BIOS.

I have uninstalled all windows components and reinstalled. Turned virtualization off and back on in the bios. Everything.
