can i Access android studio emulator from wsl2 kali linux

First of all My system details :

My Windows ipconfig

My Wsl2 VM ifconfig

I am using kali linux in Wsl2
and Im able to access the service that are running in wsl2(kali linux) named mobsf on ip 127.0.0.1:8082 from my host machine (windows 11) .

so my question is that can i access the android studio emulator running on host machine from tha wsl2 linux machine ( using adb )
