Collect Input to build troubleshooting page for WSL 2 networking issue

I want to build a troubleshooting page for WSL 2 networking problems.

WSL 2 network problem is very hard to diagnose. Most of the issues are specific to user’s configuration and it is possible to fix by user himself. The problem may come from VPN, firewall, conflicts with VMWare/VirtualBox or any other software.

We have too many threads discussing about WSL 2 networking, and it's hard for user to find which thread is related to his issue and want workaround may apply to him. So I want to build a WSL 2 networking troubleshooting page to aggregate them and make it easy for user to find it.

If you ever experience networking issue, and you think it's useful to user, please share it.

Please includes these information:

1. What kind of issue you were hitting. For example, DNS doesn't work
2. What kind of command you used, and why you choose this command(if it's complex). For example

netsh winsock reset
netcfg -d

3. the related GitHub thread which will help user to have better understanding about the issue.
