Having the ability to set a percentage limit on the GPU CORE USAGE side of things for each thing that I have running in WSL2 would be amazing! Having tortoise-tts, Stable Diffusion, and GPT-J all going at once but them all fighting for all the GPU core usage at 100% just isn't ideal for some situations. VRAM limits would be nice too but less needed because that could just end up complicating things and giving out of VRAM situations, but it could be nice for fine tuning on top of the GPU CORE USAGE limits. i'm fine with stuff finishing slower just as long as i can limit each thing so that i could also be doing things in Windows 11 like running OBS doing recording or streaming on the GPU without that getting impacted.
the only other way one can do this is with the Ray framework but that requires some legwork and possibly removing what I already have set up. It would just be better if it was built in to WSL2 itself to be able to do these things.
