User feedback is that the ConvertFrom-ExistingSubmission.ps1 and ConvertFrom-ExistingIapSubmission.ps1 scripts should be callable as normal StoreBroker functions.

To make this a non-breaking change, the script files should remain, but should invoke the actual function instead so that existing callers remain unaffected.

This work has been done in the v2 branch for ConvertFrom-ExistingSubmission. Not yet for ConvertFrom-ExistingIapSubmission though.
