Visual C++ Libraries Developers

@amyw-msft

• Amy works on ASAN and the UCRT. She also updates the copy of the Visual C++ Libraries (including the STL) that's used in the Windows codebase.
• She implemented C++17 shared_mutex and occasionally contributes and reviews STL PRs.

@dmitrykobets-msft

• Dmitry works on ASAN.
• He occasionally contributes and reviews STL PRs.

@MahmoudGSaleh

• Mahmoud is the dev lead for the Visual C++ Libraries team and is usually working on boss stuff, shielding the rest of us from distractions like meetings.
• He implemented the C++20 is_layout_compatible group of type traits and occasionally organizes contributor meetups and surveys.

@zacklj89

• Zack works on ASAN.
• He occasionally reviews STL PRs and will contribute something in the future, as foretold by the ancient prophecy. 🔮
