📝 Provide a description of the new feature

I am using the Thinkpad Trackpoint Keyboard II, this keyboard enables user to custom fn keys to start app or webpages. when I use Powertoys Run, alt + space shortcuts often failed. So, is there any way to start only powertoys run using the custom function key?

So the new version of PowerToys will integrate a centralized shortcuts manager and also allow users to custom their preferred key binding?
Also, will the newer PT allows user to map one key to key binding vice and versa (eg. 'Caps lock' map to 'alt + Shift' to switch input or 'Windows + hjkl' map to arrow keys)
