PT Run should support "run as another user"

I am a sysadmin and often need to run apps as another user. PT Run is a great feature, that I currently cannot use if I need to run an app as another user. Adding this feature would simplify my work.

Start menu can do everything PowerToys Run does, and yet here we are. Besides, Start can NOT do it on a large number of very important applications or shortcuts.

There is a GPO for enabling this in Start. But I don't know the name at the moment.

@Borkason my statement was around it is functionality start menu (regardless of it completeness), it can do in some degree.

@htcfreek I know the GPO, but in the majority of cases it simply doesn't work.
