Add automatic checking for internal keyboard shortcut conflicts

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I suggest adding to PowerToys a check for the presence of identical hotkeys within each module and between all enabled modules.

Scenario when this would be used?

Whenever the user uses non-default keyboard shortcuts.

Supporting information

Currently, there is no way to display all the key combinations on one screen. However, even with such a screen, comparing dozens of combinations without color highlighting of the same values ​​is not a very pleasant experience.
