键盘管理器需要一直生效

❌ Actual Behavior

没有重启的情况下，键盘管理器有时生效有时失效反复发生，最新的版本也是会这样，看别人说0.81.0好像可以处理这个问题，特别降级处理，问题依然存在，但是感觉好像发生频率降低（感觉）

有相同经历，某次升级后键盘管理器的某些组合键会突然失效，需要重新开关模组才能修复，非常烦人

失效没有征兆，而且非常频繁。有考虑过是不是因为使用QWERTZ键盘的缘故，但是即便没有按Alt Gr键，有时也会失效。

说明真的存在这个问题，我就是为了解决输入法切换的问题，win+space实在是太麻烦了，习惯实在改不了，为什么win10+都不给自定义这个热键呢，太烦了

我怀疑跟jetbrains的ide有点关系，试过在公司和个人电脑开intellij, pycharm, goland，哪怕是后台挂着，都会莫名失效。其他时候失效没那么频繁
